Credit Card Policy

Before heading out on your quad biking adventure with us, we’ll need a credit card on file for each booking. We don’t charge anything up front, but in the unlikely event of an accident, a security deposit may be taken to cover potential damages to the gear. This is just a precaution, and we’ll walk you through everything before you ride.

Cancellations

Bookings up to 10 pax: 48 hours
Groups of 10+ pax: 7 days

No refunds will be issued within these periods. Off Road Adventures Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to operational issues including weather changes and terrain restrictions. Stringent safety procedures are observed at all times, however there remains an element of risk. Off Road Adventures cannot be held responsible for personal injury or for loss or damage of equipment.

These terms are subject to rights and remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
