CODE OF RESPONSIBILITY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGE AGREEMENT CONTRACT

• I accept that motor sport carries with it some degree of risk and agree to assume the risk of injury (minor to serious) or death while participating in this activity.
• I understand and accept that there is no rider insurance for any damage I may do to the vehicle, so I accept that I am responsible for any damage incurred to the equipment during participating in this activity and agree to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle I am in control of up to the value of $3000 on standard daily tours and $7,000 on private full/multiday tours. I authorize for the credit card details provided to be charged in such incidents.
• I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified all the owners and tenants of private property traversed by the trip and their respective officials, servants, representatives, agents or by any other driver or person.
• I must not participate and notify a staff member of any disability I am suffering from which might make it unsafe and affect my fitness to drive on this trip
• I agree to comply with and be bound by the directions, ruling, instructions and decisions of Off Road Adventures Queenstown Ltd. And its employees and representatives in all matters relating to my participation in or attendance on the trip or any activity incidental to it.
• Off Road Adventures Queenstown Ltd. agrees to provide the described expedition (weather dependant) in consideration of the purchaser, guides, late model bikes and vehicles in good mechanical conditions and necessary safety equipment.

SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY – SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR MACHINE

• I accept that motor sport carries with it some degree of risk: both to the person, property and emotional trauma of friends and family spectating or participating. Knowing of the risk I still wish to register and participate in motor sport and so expressly agree to assume the risk of injury (minor or serious), damage or trauma to loved ones while participating in this activity.
• I understand accept that there is no rider insurance for any damage I may do to a bike, so I accept that l am responsible for any damage incurred to the equipment during participating in this activity and agree to any the full cost of any repairs required. If damage is deemed to be wilful, cost will be charged for loss of hires due to the bike being unavailable for hire.
• In consideration of the acceptance of this application to ride an off road guided trip, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified all the owners and tenants of private property traversed by the trip and their respective officials, servants, representatives, agents, or by any other driver or person.
• I hereby undertake that should I, at the time of this trip, be suffering from any disability of any kind, whether permanent or temporary – which might make it unsafe for me to drive, ride or other which is likely
  to detrimentally affect my control of the vehicle, or my fitness to drive on this trip, then I will not participate in this trip.
• I acknowledge that it is a condition of acceptance of the application, that I agree to comply with and be bound by” the directions, rulings, instructions and decisions of Off Road Adventures Queenstown Ltd. and its employees or representatives, in all matter relating to my participation in or attendance on the trip or any activity incidental to it. Should this be enforced, no refund will be given. I acknowledge that this contract is subject to exclusive New Zealand jurisdiction.

Notice of cancellation required for a full refund: Bookings of up to 10 pax: 24 hours. Groups of 10+ pax: 7 days.

There is no charge for transportation. A courtesy coach is available, or you may follow us in your own vehicle.
