As the home of New Zealand’s best off road riding let this local family of motorcycle and quad bike champions treat you to the Ride of your Life. We offer tailor- made tours for families, beginner and experienced riders over 11,000 stunning acres.
Our Explorer tour with one hour ride time, gives you a great introduction to the wonderful riding, terrain and scenery we offer over 11,000 stunning acres, running from the Kawarau River up into the Nevis mountain range. Furthermore whether you are a family, beginner or pro tracks and trails are selected to suit your skill level so everyone enjoys a challenging and exciting ride. We operate on sport quad bikes from kid’s 50cc bikes up to our LTZ 250cc sports quads with the option to upgrade to our 400cc model (+$50) also an option. Fun in the sun, awesome in the wet! (full wet weather gear provided throughout Winter)
Suitability: No previous experience or licence is required. We guide according to how you ride so whether you are a beginner or a professional, you are guaranteed a challenging and exciting time. Minimum age for our quad bike tours is 6 yrs, anyone 16 and under is required to have at least one accompanying adult with them. Please notify us if children are being booked on our quad bike tours and if an upgrade is preferred. A good understand of English is also required for our quad bike tours so instructions can be conveyed before and during the tour.
Minimum 2 pax per booking
We provide: Return transport from the Off Road shop in central Queenstown, a range of top of the line sports quads (50cc to 250cc with upgrades to 400cc available at our discretion), gum boots, full face helmets, goggles, gloves and wet weather gear (jacket & trousers). Free actions photos will be taken and are included.
Self-Driving to site: We do now have the option to self-drive to the site (30 minute journey each way with a few kms on a gravel road but all clients including those looking to self-drive must first meet at our shop in central Queenstown to complete the check in process first ten minute before the departure time.
We recommend: Wearing sensible warm clothing you don’t mind getting dusty/muddy (trousers/socks) that is suitable to the time of year. It’s important you bring water and snacks with you as there are no drink or food options at the site.
